WHERE IN THE SCHOOL GROUNDS IS THE UNIFORM SHOP LOCATED?
We are located on school grounds. We encourage you to make a booking Online as appointments will be served first in order of booking times.
WHEN IS THE SHOP OPEN?
The shop is open on:
- Wednesdays from 8:00am to 9:30am
- Friday's from 2:00pm to 3.30pm
- Extended hours for December Orientation and mid to late January (including Staff Development Days)

CAN I ORDER SOMETHING IF I CAN'T GET TO THE SHOP IN PERSON?
YES! Online ordering is available through Maryland PS Uniform Shop.
Delivery of uniform items directly to your home address can
be arranged also for $11.50 plus $1 for each additional item.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are packed during shop opening hours on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons. You will receive an email to let you know that your order is ready to collect from the uniform shop on site at Maryland Public School.
If you would like your order sent to your child's classroom, please include your child's name and class on your order or contact us via email. We can also leave your order with the school admin office for collection if desired.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT SOMETHING WAS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have not received an email as above, please contact us [email protected] and let us know as soon as possible and we will follow it up. Sometimes items are unavailable / out of stock. In this case, it will be prepared in the normal manner once it's available. We do our best to keep parents informed when this happens.
I DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
All online orders are refunded to your credit card paid online. Please return the items to the school office or the uniform shop and advise us at [email protected] with the online order number, item and value for refunding and we will arrange with to refund it. There are no cash refunds for online orders as we operate a cashless business.
ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED IS WRONG AND I NEED A REPLACEMENT- WHAT DO I DO?
As long as the item is still in original condition (in original packaging and unworn) return it back to the uniform shop and we will swap it for the correct size/item.
I CAN'T GET TO THE UNIFORM SHOP TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
Your child, another parent or relative can come into the Uniform Shop on your behalf. If that is not possible, drop the item at the school office and contact us [email protected] and we will arrange to collect it from the office.
WHAT IF NONE OF THESE ARRANGEMENTS ARE SUITABLE FOR ME?
